Financial Plan of the Multi-Activity Room of Saint-Paul-en-Chablais

The project for the community hall but also for the music room is on track. With the firm M’Architecte, designated by the jury, elected officials work on the future multi-activity room. Construction plans are underway and the final proposal will be discussed this summer by the entire city council before the planning commission validates the permit. The time to choose the companies that will build this new place of life, the construction will begin in 2018. The budget decided for this project is 1.7 million euros. The financing consists of: a loan of 800,000 euros, 300,000 euros of self-financing and 600,000 euros of subsidies.
